Newburgh Wants a Park and many local partners are co-hosting Crystal Lake Celebration celebrating Newburgh's largest green space and supporting its protection as a park forever on Sunday October, 20 11-4pm in Newburgh. Come out and share community love for this natural gem.

ACTIVITY SCHEDULE:
Community pickup at 10:45am on the corner of Broadway & Liberty by Outdoor Promise Green Bus.
11 am to 12:30 pm Group hike to snake hill led by Outdoor Promise
12:30 to 1 pm BBQ & Farm Fresh Veggies
1pm to 1:30pm Garden Tour led by The Sanctuary Garden
1:30pm to 2:30pm Congolese Dancing led by Nkodia & Angel
1pm to 4pm Arts and Crafts led by Ashley Martinez
1pm to 4pm Kayaking in Crystal Lake led By Newburgh Waterways
1pm to 4pm Community Fishing derby at Crystal Lake with prizes
Fishing Derby Winner announced 3:30pm - Fisher with the largest catch wins $100 prize, $50 2nd price, 3rd price $25. Each fisher will photograph their catch and share their photo with the community via social media using #newburghwantsapark

Newburgh Wants a Park y muchos socios locales están organizando conjuntamente la celebración de Crystal Lake para celebrar el espacio verde más grande de Newburgh y apoyar su protección como parque para siempre el domingo 20 de octubre de 11 a 4 p. m. en Newburgh. Ven y comparte el amor de la comunidad por esta joya natural.

Recogida de la comunidad a las 10:45 a. m. en la esquina de Broadway y Liberty en el autobús ecológico Outdoor Promise.
11 am to 12:30 pm Caminata guiada por Outdoor Promise
12:30 to 1 pm Asado Y Verduras de la granja
1pm to 1:30pm Recorrido del Jardin guida por The Sanctuary Garden
1:30pm to 2:30pm Taller de Baile Congoleno con Nkodia & Angel
1pm to 4pm Arte Para Los Ninos con Ashley Martinez
1pm to 4pm Kayak en Crystal Lake a cargo de Newburgh Waterways

Se anuncia el ganador del Derby de pesca 3:30pm - El pescador con la captura más grande gana un premio de $100, el segundo premio de $50 y el tercer premio de $25. Cada pescador fotografiará su captura y compartirá su foto con la comunidad a través de las redes sociales usando #newburghwantsapark
